Hello!
I am Mary Suttle, an Industrial Designer from Nashville, TN that is based in New York City. In my work, I focus on creating meaningful and compelling everyday experiences, small and large, that are delightful and unexpected. Design is a unique opportunity to create a thoughtful relationship between the product you design and the person using it. I love design because it allows you to create a micro-experience that brings joy and delights the person using your product. Everyone deserves a product that is designed for them and their needs, that brings them comfort, and considers every detail a micro-experience.
In my personal work I am passionate about designing solutions for mission-driven products within menstrual care, sexual health, and sustainability. Outside of design I spend my time making a mess in the studio, accumulating random facts from podcasts, and mothering my growing plant collection (aka my urban jungle).
